This policy explains what data Rawasi Al Shamal collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the forms. We use no advertising or tracking tools.
- Quote request: company name, contact name, mobile number, email address, services required, city, headcount, and any notes you write.
- Job application: full name, nationality, mobile number, email address, role, years of experience, city, residency type, and your CV file.
- Contact form: name, organisation, mobile number, email address, subject and message.
- Employee requests: name, Iqama number, mobile number, property, and the details of the request. Leave requests also include a scan of your passport.
- Employee roster: entered by the office rather than the employee — name, Iqama number, employee number, nationality, mobile number and job title.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your request or message, to assess job applications, and to process employee administrative requests. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Data is held in a secured database with a cloud hosting provider, and a copy of each submission is emailed to management through an email provider. Passport scans and CVs are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and can only be opened through a short-lived link inside the admin dashboard.
Some of this data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia by the service providers described above.
How long we keep it
Passport scans are deleted 90 days after the request. CVs and request records are kept for as long as there is an operational need, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before the withdrawal.
Cookies
We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Technical cookies are used only to keep you signed in to the employee portal and the admin dashboard, and they expire automatically.
